After many years as an executive in an international corporation, I decided to take a new path and found the company INDICIS CMC.

The focus of my professional career for many years was in the areas of marketing and communication in an international business. I had the wonderful opportunity to be active worldwide and thus gain deep insights and exciting experiences with a wide variety of countries and cultures. In addition to extensive travel, I spent four wonderful years professionally in the USA – a time I would not want to miss.

I have many years of experience leading international teams and integrating different corporate cultures. Finding mutually beneficial solutions in – sometimes difficult – negotiations, bridging different mentalities and ways of thinking, and creating a positive working atmosphere are close to my heart.

It is my desire to pass on my extensive knowledge of successful career development, the challenges of being a mother and manager, as well as helpful methods and techniques from coaching and mediation practice. From personal experience, I know the importance of aligning one’s values and needs with an ever-changing life and professional situation. Gaining clarity about one’s goals, values, and needs and using them as a basis for making career and life decisions is one of the foundations for a happy life.

Therefore, I am excited to be able to fully dedicate myself to these topics with INDICIS CMC!
