An introvert will always find a sales job – that involves a lot of communication – stressful. A person who prefers to approach topics pragmatically and want to see results quickly will most likely not be happy as a data analyst who needs to work with a lot of detail. Knowing your own action preferences is extremely helpful in understanding what is your natural talent and why other aspects are not so easy for you.

A person with a strong motivation to grow, needs a job with development opportunities. Self-employment may be more interesting for a person with a strong motivation for independence.

Personality profiling provides important insights not only for the application process, but also in all areas of professional and private life.
