After graduating from an international school, I decided to study agricultural engineering.

I started my professional career over 20 years ago in an international business company. In the development area, I gathered long-term experience in different teams and working with employees from very different cultures.

In my private life, I am member of the board of a music school on a voluntary basis.

Working with people from different backgrounds became a passion, so the step towards mediation was a logical consequence.
